Hello again board admins and everyone,

As I said in my previous message, this arabic translation has to move forward, if you - board admins - don't have time to deal with the project please choose other admins.

I myself am voluntiring to take this responsability.

Kadimi, what experience do you have localizing software?

As you can see in my other message here I'm not new to the translation world.

For localization, I know how to deal with LTR/RTL problems and I localized many websites (please request examples privately) and created websites in arabic.

These examples are for wordpress, but from my experience, since I localize Drupal websites too, Drupal is even easier to work with than WP.

ok kadimi, you are granted admin rights.

I suggest you start by identifying the best translators available and granting them moderation rights so u have others helping you.

I already know a few people from group Morocc which will be more than happy to help.

Anyone with good knowledge of both Arabic and Drupal can and should join this project.

Yay ! Great to see that things are moving forward here thanks to you guys !

I can also help on validation process. I have a good knowledge of Drupal, arabic and the translation process; so far, i've helped and continue helping with the french translation team and i'm a member of the french team Admins http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/fr.

I'd be happy to help the Arabic Translation group move forward too !

If you guys are planning to give it a move and make things more organised, please communicate on that so everyone can see how they can help :)

You have 3337 approved transaltions which is really nice.

I like the way the French board is structured, let's organize ourselvers as well, please share you opinion on the upcoming posts where we will decide on priorities, best practices, etc.
