Creating a standardized set for specific words

Dear Friends,

The job of translating words from a completely different language with different sentence structures and word formations into Hindi is a very tedious one. Some words of english has multiple and much detailed substitutes in Hindi whereas other words are completely lacking, finding suitable words to match the english word is a big obstacle to all translation projects.Therefore, I am trying to create a word document in which commonly used english words like tags, admin, user, and others would be listed along with their Hindi counterparts, people can just access that file, press ctrl+F and find the required word from this list, it will save time and the translation process would be much faster. Please respond as soon as possible.
